Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the medium bomber Heinkel He 111 in the H-6 subversion with the fittings and markings for service in North Africa. The model is built from gray and clear plastic, and decals for the finishes of aircraft from this theater are included. Follow the manufacturer instructions for the exact contents of the package.
The He 111 was one of the main medium bombers of the Luftwaffe. The H-6 variant was among the most widespread and most versatile versions of the H series, and it was powered by Junkers Jumo 211 engines. It was used on every front including the Mediterranean and North Africa, where it carried out bombing, reconnaissance and transport tasks. The desert setting is reflected in the typical three-color finish and in the filters.
Glue the plastic with thin modeling cement, and it is a good idea to mask the cockpit glazing before spraying. A primer, spraying with an airbrush and, on desert machines, a period patina of dust and worn paint are recommended. Apply the decals over a gloss base.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
