Responsibility details are not available.
Injection-molded plastic kit of the iconic Polish gull-wing fighter in 1:48 scale. The model captures the P.11c version, the main fighter type of the Polish Air Force at the beginning of the Second World War. The parts are in gray plastic, and the package contains a clear part and a decal sheet. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The PZL P.11 was an all-metal high-wing fighter with a characteristic cranked gull wing mounted above the fuselage, which gave the pilot excellent visibility. It was powered by a radial engine, and in 1939 it formed the backbone of the Polish fighter defense. Despite an aging concept its pilots stood up to more modern opponents, and the type became a symbol of the September Campaign.
The key is a firm and symmetrical seating of the gull wing on its struts. Finish the cockpit before closing the fuselage up, and do not sand the corrugated metal surface away. A thin cement for plastic, a base color and an airbrush are the right choice; lay the characteristic Polish khaki down in fine coats and bring out the engraved panel work with a thin wash.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
