Luftwaffe airfields were full of activity from the ground crew who handled maintenance, refueling, and getting aircraft ready to fly. The set pairs a fighter and a reconnaissance aircraft with figures of pilots and mechanics to bring the everyday operation of a frontline base to life.
Finish the aircraft first (masking the glazing, spraying with an airbrush), then the figures with a brush. A shared layer of dust and base-tone weathering will unify the scene. Apply decals over a glossy base. Plan the layout of the base in advance.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints, and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
