Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the German twin-engine Arado Ar 240 in 1:72 scale. It is a recent release with decals; the model is built from individual plastic parts and is meant to be glued and painted. The package does not contain glue or paints.
The Arado Ar 240 was a German twin-engine all-metal aircraft conceived as a multirole machine for the roles of heavy fighter, reconnaissance aircraft and dive bomber. It was notable for its remotely controlled defensive barbettes and its aerodynamically clean structure. Because of a number of technical difficulties it never reached series production, and only a small number of prototypes and pre-production aircraft were built, some of which were used for reconnaissance flights.
Clean the flash off the small parts and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. It is advisable to mask the canopy glazing and paint it separately. Before the decals, lay a gloss varnish over the matte paint so that the decals do not silver, and finally unify the surface with a matte or satin varnish. Luftwaffe camouflage comes into its own with an airbrush and softly graded transitions.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
