ICM Bf 109E-4 is a plastic kit of the German fighter of the Second World War in 1:72 scale from ICM.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the German fighter Messerschmitt Bf 109E-4 in 1:72 scale from the Ukrainian manufacturer ICM. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted, with clear cockpit parts and a decal sheet. The E-4 version is among the best-known Emils used in the Battle of Britain.
The Bf 109E-4 followed on from the E-3 version. It received an armored headrest for the pilot and a revised variant of the 20 mm wing cannon; some E-3 machines were rebuilt to the E-4 standard. It was powered by the inverted V12 Daimler-Benz DB 601. The Emil of this version made a marked mark on the fighting over the English Channel in 1940.
Separate the parts from the sprues and clean them up. Glue with thin cement for plastic. Apply primer and use period German schemes; an airbrush will help with the subtle transitions of the camouflage and a gloss varnish will settle the decals. The cockpit frames are easy to mask with tape.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
