This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale captures the classic C-130E/H version of the famous Hercules transport aircraft from Italeri. The large model suits builders of big multi-engined aircraft with some basic experience.
The C-130 Hercules is one of the most successful military transport aircraft in history and serves with dozens of countries. The C-130E and C-130H versions make up the classic generation with four-blade propellers and proven turboprop engines. The aircraft handles carrying troops and cargo, airdrops, supply and humanitarian flights, and it became famous for its ability to operate from unpaved strips.
On a large model, take care to glue the fuselage firmly and to seat the wings and the engine nacelles accurately. Use thin cement for plastic on the plastic parts. Apply a gloss clear coat over the paint before you put the decals on. Large areas are easier to spray with an airbrush, and restrained panel shading will add the weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
