An injection-molded plastic kit of the BMW M 1000 RR road motorcycle in the attractive 1:9 scale from the manufacturer Meng. The large scale allows the frame, the engine unit and the aerodynamic fairing to be rendered in detail and makes for a striking display model.
The BMW M 1000 RR is the top production superbike of BMW Motorrad's M range. It was created as the homologation and track-focused version of the sporting RR model, it is powered by a strong inline four-cylinder engine and its equipment aims at maximum performance and stability at high speeds. The machine is also raced in superbike championships and represents the current peak of the brand's production.
The basis is the frame and the engine, followed by the fairing and the visible parts. Chrome and plated elements (the exhaust, parts of the chassis) stand out if you leave them free of fingerprints and give them a light polish. Apply the color schemes with their sponsor decals over dry paint and coat the whole model with a gloss clear coat for a factory look. Glue small parts with precisely dosed glue so that no marks are left on the glossy surfaces.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
