Green Stuff World Acrylic Color Temple Ochre is a water-thinnable acrylic paint for figures in an ocher shade. It is the typical base color on which the color scheme of a whole army can be built.

Temple Ochre comes from the Acrylic Color line of the brand Green Stuff World, which concentrates on painting fantasy figures and models for tabletop games. It is a water-based acrylic: it thins with water or with an acrylic thinner, the brushes clean with water and it does not mix with lacquers or oils. The shade belongs to the ocher group, that is to the subdued warm earths between yellow and brown.
When you are painting an army, the key thing is not one perfect figure but that thirty of them look like one whole. A medium earthy tone is ideal for such a base: it lies in the middle between light and shadow, so the way to either side is short. The proven method is to apply Temple Ochre in two thin coats on all the areas that are to form the common color of the unit, then seat the shadows into the hollows with one dark wash, and finally go over the edges with a dry brush in a lighter tone. Three steps per figure, the same order on every piece, and the unit holds together and is clearly distinguishable on the table from the opponent's.
For players who need a quick and repeatable method across dozens of figures, and for diorama modelers, for whom ocher serves as the connecting tone between a figure and terrain. It is applied with a brush and, once thinned, with an airbrush.
Shake thoroughly before use. Store it closed, protect it from frost and keep it out of reach of children.
