An amaranth red from the AK 3rd Generation acrylic line. A water-thinnable acrylic paint, a 17 ml bottle, flat finish. Amaranth Red is a cooler, saturated red shifted toward purple, different from the warm fiery tones.

Use

• Thin it with water or with acrylic thinner, not with solvents for enamels and lacquers.
• Apply it with a brush or an airbrush; for the airbrush, thin it to a looser consistency.
• Suitable for fabrics, uniforms, pennants, covers and colored details on figures and vehicles.
• The cooler shade works well where a purely fiery red would look too loud.
