Three products for soiling racing cars that run on asphalt. It holds an acrylic splash effect and two pigments, city dirt and dirt from an asphalt road.

A car that has run a special stage over a hard surface does not look like a car out of mud. It has no lumps or splashes of soil on it, but it is covered with a fine grayish layer that holds behind the wheels, under the bumpers and in the places where air flows along the bodywork. Brake dust, rubber pickup from the tires and grease from the road surface are added to that. It is precisely this combination that the three products in the package cover.
Work from the bottom up: first rub dry pigment with a soft brush into the wheel arches, onto the lower edge of the sills and into the grilles, then fix it with a drop of fixing fluid or thinner applied from the side, so that the fixative does not wash the pigment away. Only onto a fixed base does the acrylic splash come. It is applied with a bristle flicked with a finger, or with an old brush tapped against a stick, with the source of the splatters always pointing back from the wheel.
Keep the degree of soiling in check. A racing car tends to be washed before the start and dirt builds up on it from the bottom upward, so the roof and the upper surfaces of the hood stay almost clean. The strongest effect comes from contrast: glossy paint above a sill and a matte gray layer just below it.
