A fine modeling brush with a replaceable tip, item AT-FB04 in the black version. Meant for detail painting where an ordinary brush no longer holds a thin line.
Responsibility details are not available.
A fine brush for detail, that is for work where tenths of a millimeter count: instrument panels, small lettering, the eyes and buttons of figures, edgings, fittings, repairs to edges and spot picking-out of raised shapes. The marking AT-FB04 tells one item apart inside a range of fine brushes with a replaceable tip, and the qualifier of the black version belongs to the same distinction. Check the exact width of the tip with the manufacturer.
The tip is made as a separate part that can be taken out and replaced. With fine brushes that matters: the point suffers most of all the parts, in time it splays, loses its taper and the brush stops holding a thin line although it is otherwise sound. Instead of the whole brush you then change only the tip.
Clean the brush right after work, while the paint has not dried, and use the thinner meant for the paint you were working with. Never leave it standing tip-down in a pot of thinner, as that bends the point and it will never straighten again. After cleaning, gather the tip into a point and store the brush tip-up or lying down. Pick paint up only on the point; if you push it as far as the ferrule, it will dry inside and the tip will splay.
Paints, thinner, a palette and the model are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
