0.9 mm, a flat wide head with a single slot, an accessory for building motorcycle models.
Responsibility details are not available.
This step often gets skipped in modeling ranges, even though it is a proper size of the whole grid. In a build it has a particular job: it fills the gap where 0.8 mm is optically weak and 1.0 mm already does not belong on the part. Anyone building a whole machine from photographs will appreciate that the difference between neighboring joints does not have to be made in a jump.
Before you start drilling, measure how thick the wall of the part is at that place. Thin plastic drilled right through holds the element only by the rim of the hole and it will break out at the first touch. The answer is simple: glue a small plate of plastic sheet on from the reverse and drill through it as well.
Cylindrical and spherical surfaces are treacherous, because the bit slides across them before it bites. Mark the center with a needle and make the recess with the tip of a scalpel at right angles to the tangent, not at right angles to your view. The difference tends to be ten to fifteen degrees and on a finished model it tells as a tilted head.
Once drilled, check the hole against the light. A burr on the reverse can be removed with a larger bit turned in the fingers and it takes ten seconds; repairing bulged plastic around the hole costs substantially more.
