An additional set of small imitations of fasteners. The head has the basic hexagonal shape for a key, with no lightening and no collar, and the package covers a size range from 0.5 to 0.7 mm. It is the most common shape of head there is, so it also suits places where you do not know what screw the real subject carried there.
The band between 0.5 and 0.7 mm is among the most used: the elements are small enough for clips, flanges and caps, and yet they stay legible once glued on. They will serve on models of motorcycles, cars and machinery and on machines in dioramas. An injection-molded kit usually has the screw heads only suggested, and sanding the seams leaves nothing of them; a separate element gives them a sharp edge back.
For the modeler who is finishing visible mechanics and wants several sizes of the basic shape at hand. This is an accessory for a kit, not a kit in itself. A model, paints and glue are not supplied, unless stated otherwise.
