The largest diameter of this head offered: 1.2 mm. A hex with a straight slot for the load-bearing joints on models of motorcycles and machinery.

Twelve tenths of a millimeter closes the range in which this head is sold. It is no gap and no oversight: the brand carries larger diameters elsewhere, in families intended for machinery and larger scales. Here the matter is the largest joint that usually makes sense on a motorcycle model.
On joints that carry a load on the real machine: the swingarm mounting, shock absorber pivots, the engine feet in the frame, brake caliper flanges. In these places the head tends to be plainly heavier than on caps, and a model that respects that ratio gains the right hierarchy. The most common beginner's mistake is precisely to fit out a whole machine with one dimension.
Because the head projects more markedly, it pays to consider before drilling whether a washer does not belong under it as well. Real loaded joints almost always have one, and the brand offers it as part of other families too. Without one, a large head set straight onto a surface looks somewhat bare.
Drill the hole square. At this diameter a tilt is visible at once, because the head stands above the surface more than with the fine grades and its outline is visually drawn out into an ellipse. It helps to pre-drill a shallow recess with a needle and to drill slowly, ideally with a hand holder, where you have the direction under control.
