It is not a kit but a collection of small parts, namely small blocks 3 mm in size with rope rove through them (a block and tackle). The small 3 mm size suits fine rigging, smaller scales and the small blocks of a sailing ship's rigging. The package holds 20 pieces.
Small blocks are easier to place with tweezers. Tension the rope evenly and secure the ends with a drop of thinned PVA, so that the knot holds and the rope does not fray. The shade can be evened out with wood stain.
