Blue Stick-on LED Lights are self-adhesive blue LEDs from the Just Plug lighting system by Woodland Scenics. They suit beacons, a night cast for a scene and color effects in the interiors of models.

A self-adhesive light source with a blue LED for lighting models. The diode sits in a flat pad with a self-adhesive layer and a thin lead terminated with a Just Plug system plug runs from it. It is stuck from the inside onto the wall or the ceiling of a model, the lead is passed through a hole into the baseboard and pushed into the hub. The source of light thus stays hidden and only its glow is visible in the scene.
A Just Plug hub and a power supply are sold separately and without them the LED will not light. Every output of the hub has its own brightness control. Blue is a very striking color to the eye, so it is precisely with it that dimming pays off most: at full brightness it draws attention away, while turned down it serves well to suggest night or cold light. Neither soldering nor series resistors are needed and an LED practically does not heat up.
For layout modelers and builders of dioramas who want to work with the atmosphere of light without soldering and without electrical knowledge, and for users of the Just Plug system extending existing lighting.
Neither the Just Plug hub nor the power supply is included in the package, unless stated otherwise. Run the lead freely and do not put it under tension where it leaves the pad.
