Brass toothpicks for modelers: thin metal points for applying tiny doses of glue, paint or putty precisely. Once wiped clean they can be used again.

Brass toothpicks are a small aid for those moments when a very small amount of material has to be put precisely in one place. You pick up a drop of glue on the point and carry it to a seam, add a little putty to a small gap, stir a small dose of paint or hold and guide a part that neither a brush nor tweezers can reach comfortably.
A wooden toothpick soaks the material up, frays and is used once. A metal point draws nothing in, so only what you pick up stays on it, and once wiped or cleaned the aid is ready for the next job. Brass can also be shaped: you grind the point into a finer tip or into a flat spatula depending on what you are doing, and the shape can be restored at any time.
Pick up little, and rather twice than once too much. Squeeze cyanoacrylate glue onto a piece of film or a metal plate and take it from there drop by drop, so that you keep the dosing under control. Wipe the point before the material dries; dried residue is harder to remove from metal. As you work, bear in mind that the points are sharp, and put them down where they will not end up under your hand.
The aid suits anyone who builds models with small parts, adds photo-etched elements or works with pigments and putties; a modeler who paints figures and needs to dose really small amounts will appreciate it too. Glues, paints, putties and the model are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
