Mr.Paint Bronze (30 ml)

A solvent-based metallic modeling lacquer from the Slovak manufacturer Mr.Paint in a bronze shade. It contains fine metal pigments for a realistic metallic look. The lacquer is pre-thinned and ready for airbrushing, and the package holds 30 ml.

Use

  • The metallic pigments sink to the bottom, so stir the bottle thoroughly before use and during work.
  • Intended for the airbrush only, pre-thinned for direct application.
  • It looks best over a smooth, finely sanded base, ideally over a gloss base coat.
  • Metallic paints are harder to mask and to overspray, so apply them at the end of the painting.
  • It can be thinned only with lacquer thinner, never with water.

Who it is for

For modelers who need a faithful bronze metal shade for details, prominent surfaces or effects.

The lacquer is flammable and contains organic solvents. Work in a well-ventilated space, with a respirator and away from sources of ignition.

FAQ

It is a solvent-based metallic lacquer. It is thinned with lacquer thinner, not with water.

The metal pigments sink to the bottom of the bottle, and without stirring the shade and the shine would be uneven.

Metallic paints look best over a smooth, glossy base and are applied at the end of the painting.

The range is intended for the airbrush only. The acrylic Mr.Paint Aqua range suits a brush better.
