Responsibility details are not available.
Even in the age of airbrushes a brush remains a modeler's basic tool. Spraying does the areas and the transitions, but small work belongs to a brush: touching in tools and headlights, bringing out edges, dotting, applying oil or pigment to a small area, repairing a place where paint has crept under a mask. A modeler recognizes a good brush mainly by the fact that it holds its tip even once it has taken up paint and does not splay out to the sides.
Take paint up on the first third of the hair only and never push it into the ferrule, because you will not wash it out from there and the brush will splay. Apply thin coats and let each one dry, or the brush will pull the earlier coat away. Always stir the paint and thin it if need be according to the manufacturer's instructions, as thick paint leaves the marks of the strokes. Draw the strokes in one direction and rather repeat them than press on the brush. Wash and degrease the model before painting.
Never stand a brush tip down in a jar of thinner, as bent hair will not straighten again. After the work rinse the brush in the thinner that goes with the paint you used, then wash it in soapy water, shape the tip to a point with your fingers and let it dry upright with the hair upwards. Keep a separate older brush for glue, filler and etching preparations.
The brush alone is supplied, in the form stated on the packaging. Paints, thinner and other tools are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
