It is not a kit, nor a part of any particular vehicle. It is an accessory for detailing: a set of small standalone imitations of armor rivets of a cone shape, which a modeler sticks onto the surface of a model exactly where they are needed. The diameter of the head is 0.6 mm according to the name. The maker is GAS HANS.
On period armored equipment the armor plates were joined not only by welds but also by rivets and bolts with a strengthened head. On the real vehicle they are clearly apparent and on a model they belong to the details that decide most about how believable the surface is. Injection-molded kits tend to have them either simplified, or the modeler loses them while sanding joints and filling. Standalone rivets make it possible to make such a place good again and to keep the same size over the whole area. In 1:35 scale a diameter of 0.6 mm corresponds to a head of a real diameter of roughly twenty millimeters, so the size suits ordinary armor joints; in larger scales it will serve for finer detail.
Mark the spacing of the rivets out lightly beforehand with a pencil or a strip of masking tape, because an irregular row is more visible on a finished model than a detail that is missing. Pick the individual pieces up with tweezers with fine jaws or with a wooden stick moistened in water. A drop of super glue applied to the model, not to the rivet, will manage the attachment. Work over a tray with a raised edge, as small parts are fond of jumping away.
