Humbrol Chrome Oxide pigment 28 ml

This is a fine green pigment powder (the chrome green shade) in a jar with a volume of 28 ml. It serves to complete realistic patina on finished models, figures and dioramas. The pigment can be applied dry, thinned with water or mixed into a paste and combined with other weathering products, which gives a wide range of shades from a fine dusting to more pronounced deposits.

Use

• It is applied with a soft brush dry for the effect of dust, oxidation or greening of surfaces.
• Mixing it with water or an acrylic binder gives a paste for targeted deposits in recesses and corners.
• It suits simulating moss, algae and weathered surfaces on equipment, buildings and ship hulls.
• Suitable as a final layer after the model has been varnished, ideally over a matte varnish for better adhesion.

It is a loose powder. Work in a well-ventilated area, do not breathe the powder in and keep it away from children. It is not a coating paint.
