A replacement commander's cupola for the German Pz.IV tank of the Second World War in 1:35 scale, intended for the MiniArt 35333 and 35337 kits.
Responsibility details are not available.
On the Pz.IV tank the commander's cupola was set in the rear part of the turret roof. The cylindrical structure with its hatch and vision blocks gave the commander all-round vision and at the same time was among the most conspicuous features of the whole machine. That is why, looking at a finished model, the eye falls on it first.
The accessory is prepared for MiniArt kits with the kit numbers 35333 and 35337. It can be fitted to other Pz.IV kits, but count on having to adjust the seating in the turret roof. Before gluing proper it pays to offer the part up dry and to check whether the diameter matches the opening in the turret.
The accessory will be appreciated by modelers who build the Pz.IV and want to move its most closely watched place a class higher, and also by those who have the turret open and need convincing surroundings for the hatch. The package contains only the accessory stated. The kit, figures, glue and paints are not part of it, unless stated otherwise.
