Vallejo Model Color 70.915 Deep Yellow is a flat acrylic modeling paint for the brush: a saturated, darker yellow in a 17 ml dropper bottle.
Responsibility details are not available.
A saturated yellow from the Model Color range by the manufacturer Vallejo. This is a modeling paint, not a kit: the package is one dropper bottle of 17 ml. Model Color is a water thinnable acrylic, flat and densely pigmented, designed for the brush. An airbrush will handle it only after thinning; if you want a yellow you pour into the airbrush and spray straight away, the range you want is Model Air, not Model Color.
Deep Yellow is, as the name suggests, a deeper and more saturated yellow: full, warm, without the paleness of lemon shades. It is not a shade tied to the period standard of a particular air force; it is a universal saturated yellow that holds up anywhere the yellow is meant to be bold and legible, and one that also serves well as the starting color for mixing.
Yellow pigments are, along with the reds, among the worst covering ones. Over dark plastic, yellow without preparation practically disappears: it turns green or gray. So work strictly over a white (or at least a very light) base and build the shade up in several thin, well dried coats. Patience pays off: a heavy coat will not rescue the coverage, it will only drown the detail and leave brush marks.
For aircraft modelers, builders of construction and agricultural machinery and figure painters, and for everyone who wants to mix their own greens and ochres and needs an honest saturated yellow for it.
A water-thinnable acrylic. Ventilate and protect your airways when spraying. Keep out of the reach of children. Always close the bottle carefully.
