The name names two machines of Soviet design that held on in Ukrainian service for decades: the light off-road UAZ-469 and the two-axle GAZ-66 truck. The sheet supplies the markings of the State Border Service of Ukraine for them, that is the lettering, insignia and numbers by which a general military vehicle becomes a particular machine belonging to a unit.
The composition of the motifs, their number and their layout on the sheet are given in the instructions enclosed with it. Go through the individual variants before building and lay out what you will use on which vehicle.
Apply the markings only onto a finished coat drawn over with a gloss varnish, because on a matte surface the edges of the film will show. Cut the motif out together with its backing, soak it for a few seconds in lukewarm water and let it stand until it comes free. After moving it onto the model, adjust the position, draw the excess water off with a soft cloth and let it dry; over riveting and edges a decal softener will help to settle the motif. Finally unify the surface with a matte varnish. Before you soak the sheet, check in the instructions whether it is not a self-adhesive version, because a soaked self-adhesive film is ruined.
The decal sheet is supplied on its own. Paints, varnish, decal softener and a model are not included, unless stated otherwise.
