A decal sheet in 1:72 scale with military graffiti from Ukraine of the years 2022 to 2024, for a diorama and scenes.
Responsibility details are not available.
Lettering and drawings on walls are among the things that make a scene contemporary. The sheet brings military graffiti from Ukraine of the years 2022 to 2024 in 1:72 scale, that is the motifs that covered the walls of houses, concrete barriers and warehouse gates in the footage of the period. In a diorama they hold attention where there would otherwise be a uniform area, and at the same time they place the scene in time.
Which motifs the sheet carries, how many there are and how large they are are given in the instructions enclosed with it; they are not listed here. It pays to go through the sheet before building, because the size of the drawings governs how high a wall you build in the scene.
First smooth the surface under the motif and draw a gloss varnish over it, because on rough plaster the edges of the film will show. Cut the motif out together with its backing, soak it for a few seconds in lukewarm water and let it stand until it comes free. After moving it, adjust the position, draw the excess water off with a soft cloth and let it dry; a decal softener will push it into the texture of the masonry. Finally unify the area with a matte varnish and draw a weak layer of dust over the edges of the drawing, so that the graffiti does not look freshly sprayed. Before you soak the sheet, check in the instructions whether it is not a self-adhesive version, because a soaked self-adhesive film is ruined.
The decal sheet is supplied on its own. A base, buildings, paints, varnish and decal softener are not included, unless stated otherwise.
