A set of six pieces of the FGM-148 Javelin anti-tank missile system in 1:72 scale, made by 3D printing from resin.
Responsibility details are not available.
The FGM-148 Javelin is an American portable anti-tank missile system. The crew carries it in the field and launches it from the shoulder; the assembly has a reusable launch and sighting unit and a single-use transport container with the missile. After launch the missile guides itself, so the crew does not have to stay in place. In a scene with modern infantry it is one of the most recognizable pieces of armament.
According to the name six pieces in 1:72 scale, made by 3D printing from resin. Printing at this scale holds even the small shapes that would only be suggested in a kit. The parts are held on print supports and on their base.
Cut the supports off with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the remainder carefully with fine abrasive paper, so that you do not sand an edge away. Before painting, wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water and degrease them, so that no residue of print resin is left on the surface and the paint holds. Glue for plastic models has no effect here; super glue is used. Apply the paint in thin coats over a primer; small parts are easily flooded. Bring the sharp contrasting detail out with a dry brush.
Figures, a model and paints are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
