This is an accessory set, not a model of an aircraft. It replaces the cockpit from the kit with a printed assembly comprising a tub, panels, side consoles and a seat. In this version part of the detail is carried not by the parts themselves but by 3D decals: they are layered decals with a relief, which are applied onto the surface of the instrument panel and the side panels and faithfully capture the displays, the buttons and the lettering. The result is very convincing seen through the canopy, and the work is markedly faster than painting the individual elements.
The F-16I Sufa is a two-seat version of the F-16 adapted for the Israeli Air Force. It is recognized above all by the fairings along the sides of the fuselage spine, which carry further equipment. The two-seat arrangement is not a trainer but a combat one, with a reduced fuel load in favor of the electronics.
The set is for modelers of modern combat aircraft who want a faithful cockpit without the lengthy painting of individual elements. It is a more approachable route than a fully printed detailed version.
