Responsibility details are not available.
A small snap-fit kit in 1:100 scale from Zvezda, from the Art of Tactic game range. The model is made up of just a few parts with no need for glue and is intended as a game piece for a tabletop war game; a unit card for the game is usually included in the package. Thanks to the small scale it is ideal for mass armies on the gaming table.
The KhT-26 was a chemical (flamethrower) tank derived from the light T-26 tank in its twin-turret form, in which a flamethrower replaced one of the turrets. It was used against fortified positions, bunkers and infantry under cover. The range of the flame was short, yet it had a powerful effect on enemy morale. The Soviet Union built a good number of them in the 1930s.
The parts only need to be clicked out of the sprue and joined; the joints can be secured with a drop of super glue for safety. Because of the small scale we recommend simple painting with an airbrush or a brush: a base green shade, a light dust wash into the recesses and a dry brush on the edges. There is no need to overdo the details; the game assumes a view from a distance.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
