This is a set of waterslide decals in 1:24 scale from the Czech maker Mf zone. It makes it possible to build a model of the Ford Sierra Cosworth 4x4 in the rendition of the crew of Ari Vatanen and Bruno Berglund. It is not a kit or a car model: it is an accessory which carries the color scheme, the race number and the period sponsor livery onto a finished painted model.
The Ford Sierra RS Cosworth 4x4 was the top competition version of the Sierra, with permanent all-wheel drive and a forced-induction four-cylinder, entered in Group A. Ari Vatanen is one of the best-known Finnish rally drivers, a world champion and a legend of the sport; with Ford he started at a number of world championship rounds in this period.
Coat the model to a gloss base, release the decals after a soak in lukewarm water and settle them onto a decal softener. Once they have dried, cover them with a clear coat so that the edges blend with the body and the livery is protected.
