An unpainted plastic figure kit in 1:24 scale from the science fiction series Strange Company (adventures at the edge of the universe). The character of Ianis is conceived as a strong personality with elaborate clothing and equipment; it works on its own as well as part of a larger diorama scene. The package contains the parts of the figure for assembly and painting.
The series tells of a group of heroes drawn into a dangerous galactic adventure. The figures of this range are designed as comic-book science fiction characters with the emphasis on a dynamic pose and characterful detail.
Clean the flash off the parts, join them with cement for plastic and fill the seams if needed. For the face and the small details, thinned acrylic paints and glazing work well; a final flat varnish evens the surface out. An airbrush comes in useful for smooth transitions on the clothing.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
