A set of 3D-printed resin wheels in 1:32 scale from Reskit for models of the Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II attack aircraft. The tires have the deformation from the weight of the aircraft suggested, so the model sits down on the surface realistically. The detail of the tread and the hubs goes beyond ordinary plastic parts.
The A-10 Thunderbolt II is an American attack aircraft for close support of ground forces, famous for its rotary cannon and its toughness. The landing gear carries a considerable weight, so faithful, weighted tires markedly improve the impression a model makes.
Wash the parts free of print resin residue, cut them off the print supports and clean them up. They are glued with cyanoacrylate. The hubs and tires are easy to paint with the help of masking; do the sanding with your airways protected.
This is an add-on detail set, not a model of the aircraft. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
