Colored 3D elements of the interior from Kelik with supplementary 3D printed parts for the Tiger Moth training biplane in 1:32 scale. The set is adapted to the kit from ICM.
Responsibility details are not available.
An extra from the Kelik brand for the de Havilland Tiger Moth training biplane, type designation DH.82A, in 1:32 scale. The Tiger Moth was among the most widespread basic training machines of its day and its cockpit is uncovered, so the interior is not hidden under glazing and is visible on a model from every side.
According to the designation these are colored 3D elements of the interior supplemented with parts made by 3D printing. The exact list of the elements and their placement is to be found in the instructions enclosed with the set.
The procedure for application differs between the individual ranges, so go by the manufacturer's instructions enclosed with the set before application. Separate the printed parts from the supports with a sharp blade a little way from the part, sand the remainder down with fine abrasive paper and wash and degrease the surface before gluing. The parts are not of polystyrene and are glued with super glue. The elements will seat better on a smooth varnished base than on rough plastic.
It will be appreciated by a modeler who wants a cockpit drawn out without laborious painting of small dials and lettering by hand. The work takes a short while and the difference is visible even without a magnifier. In the package there is the set of extras given; the kit, the paints and the glue are not part of it, unless stated otherwise.
