A MER is a carrier that is hung on an aircraft's pylon and allows several bombs to be carried at once. The parts are made of resin with fine detail of the locks and release mechanisms.
MER multiple racks were widely used on a range of American combat aircraft. The set serves to make a model's underwing stores more convincing — bombs and other stores are mounted on the racks. Wash the resin parts free of mold release agent in lukewarm water with detergent, cut the casting blocks off with a saw and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a primer before painting. The accessory is intended for modelers with experience of resin.
