A set of plastic figures in 1:35 scale from Master Box. It will add a human figure, and a sense of scale, to a model of a military vehicle.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of figures in 1:35 scale injection-molded in polystyrene. It is in exactly this scale that a human figure means most beside a model: only next to it can you see how big an armored vehicle really is and how high its crew sits. An adult figure in this scale is about fifty millimeters tall. The subject of the set can be seen from the illustration on the packaging.
The figures are assembled like any plastic model. Cut the parts off the sprue with a sharp blade a little away from the part, sand the remainder off and dry-fit the joints. Most of the work goes into cleaning up the seams at the shoulders, the waist and where the head fits, because that is where the mold parting line is most conspicuous. Fill and sand the seams before you start painting; once painted, they are hard to repair.
With figures the procedure is always the same: a base coat, then a dark wash in the folds and finally highlighting the raised areas with a dry brush. Leave the faces and hands until last, as they are the most sensitive to the thickness of the paint and deserve thin coats. Glue the finished figures to a base only after painting; until then they are easier to handle and there is no risk of soiling the scene.
For modelers building a diorama and for those who want to give a finished model a sense of scale and a story with a single well-placed figure. The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted; the vehicle model, the paints and the glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
