A photo-etched Eduard set intended for detailing the interior of the CH-47D Chinook transport helicopter in 1:35 scale. It is an aftermarket accessory that replaces and completes the plastic parts of a model with fine metal features. It is not a helicopter kit. Eduard is a Czech maker from Obrnice near Most.
The set refines both the cabin and the cargo compartment: the instrument panels, the consoles, the seats with belts, the tie-down features and other small details that injection-molded plastic cannot capture at the right delicacy. A detailed interior shows to advantage on a model with the doors and the ramp open.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and make the bends accurately. Glue with super glue. Paint the unprinted surfaces in interior colors; the features printed in color can be used directly.
This is a photo-etched detailing accessory, not a standalone model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
