The set captures German infantry of the Second World War period in 1:35 scale. Foot soldiers in field equipment are among the most frequently built subjects, because they bring a vehicle model or a smaller scene to life and give it scale. On a shelf a tank on its own looks like a technical exhibit, whereas a figure next to it tells you at once how big the machine is and how it was handled.
It is a set of figures in 1:35 scale intended to be built and painted. The number of figures, their poses and the extent of the additional equipment and weapons are given in the instructions and on the manufacturer's packaging. The figures are supplied unpainted; choose the glue according to the material of the parts and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Wash and degrease the parts before painting so that the paint holds well.
Cut any excess material and traces of production off with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the rest back, taking particular care on the faces and hands. It pays to dry-fit the figure first, to try the seating of the head and arms against the weapon and only then to glue it. When painting, work from the skin and the lower layers of clothing toward the equipment and the small details. The folds of a uniform come out well with a darker tone flowed into the recesses and a lighter shade on the raised edges.
Paints, glue and thinners are not included, unless stated otherwise. The extent of the parts supplied is given in the manufacturer's description.
