German Soldiers at Rest - Special Edition is an injection-molded plastic set of five figures of German soldiers at rest with a range of accessories in 1:35 scale from MiniArt.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic set of figures shows five German soldiers resting away from the fighting. This special edition also holds a rich set of accessories for creating a believable scene: a hand water pump, barrels, a chair, a jug, a washtub, a pot on bricks and shaving gear. The set therefore makes it possible to build a small diorama in its own right, not just figures.
Scenes of rest were an inseparable part of military life in the Second World War. The figures capture soldiers at ordinary activities in the rear: washing, shaving and resting. The set holds one officer and four soldiers, completed with everyday objects of camp life.
These are precisely worked parts, which should be separated with a sharp knife and the joints gently sanded. They are glued with thin cement for plastic. Tone the uniforms in shades of feldgrau field gray, and bring the accessories and the wooden objects to life with washes and a dry brush. The faces and hands come out with gentle shading of skin tones.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
