Modern oil drums 200 l 1:35 is a plastic kit set of drums meant as an accessory for dioramas and scenes.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of injection-molded plastic drums of 200 liters in 1:35 scale. It is not a vehicle model but a diorama accessory: the drums are put together from several parts and serve to bring scenes with a fuel store, a workshop, a base or a battlefield to life. The detailed rendering of the bodies and the caps allows realistic painting and weathering.
Oil and fuel drums are universal props for dioramas across every era. They give a scene scale, fill empty space and offer rewarding surfaces for rust, abrasion and lettering.
Glue the parts with thin plastic cement and clean the joints up. For realistic rust combine a base shade, the salt or hairspray chipping technique, a wash and pigments. Lettering and markings can be added with decals or stencils.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package.
