The last of the three packages closes the line of accessories from the Italian brand Royal Model intended for the German medium half-track. It is the smallest in scope and completes what was left outside the reach of the two previous packages.
The Ausf. C form was produced until 1943, when it was replaced by the D version with a markedly simplified rear and fewer faceted plates. The reason was purely a production one: every weld saved and every straight part meant faster assembly at a time when demand for carriers was growing sharply. Older examples nevertheless went on serving and both versions commonly met in one unit, which is good news for a modeler: in a scene from 1943 to 1945 both forms can be built side by side without fear of inaccuracy.
Cut the smallest pieces off over a shallow dish or across a stretched clear film, so that they do not shoot off across the floor. Tweezers with bent jaws and a stick with a drop of modeling wax, with which a part is carried into place without fingerprints, have proved themselves. Dose the glue with a wire; a drop from the bottle tends to be too large for elements as fine as these.
The contents are exclusively accessory parts; obtain the half-track itself separately.
