1:35 Soviet T-35 Heavy Tank Track Links

Set of individual track links for the Soviet T-35 tank, a Hobby Boss detail accessory, 1:35 scale

A detailed set of individual track links in 1:35 scale for the Soviet T-35 heavy tank from Hobby Boss. This is not a vehicle model or a complete kit: it is an accessory that replaces the tracks from the box with a more faithful version built up link by link. Each link is a separate part, so the finished track can be bent naturally over the road wheels to create the realistic sag that the real multi-turret T-35 had.

Use and tips

• The set is intended for a kit of the Soviet T-35 tank in 1:35 scale, so the model itself has to be obtained separately.
• Separate the links carefully from the sprues and clean them up so that they join cleanly.
• Build the track up gradually link by link; the individual parts let you shape a faithful sag over the road wheels.
• Apply a primer before painting, so that the paint holds on the plastic.
• You bring the tracks to life with a dark wash in the recesses and with dust and mud pigments that suggest contact with the ground.

Who it is for

For modelers building the Soviet multi-turret T-35 heavy tank in 1:35 scale who want to replace the tracks from the box with more accurate separate track links and so raise the overall detail of the model.

The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
