British 5 gal water jerry can (1:35), a resin accessory from Firma49

A resin rendering of the British five-gallon water jerry can in 1:35 scale, printed by SLA 3D printing, from the Czech maker Firma49. It is not a stand-alone model but a diorama accessory for military vehicles, for positions and for loading supplies. British units used these cans alongside fuel cans to carry drinking water.

Use

The parts have faithful relief and are printed with no need for complicated preparation. Before gluing, wash off any uncured print resin, separate them from the print supports and bond them with cyanoacrylate (super glue). Sand with respiratory protection. The can can be painted according to the particular service and completed with lettering and weathering for a used effect.
