This is a detail accessory, not a kit of a vehicle. The set holds twelve pieces of cartridge cases of German 88 mm ammunition true to scale, for the gun with a barrel L/56 long. The parts serve to bring the interior of a fighting compartment, open ammunition stowage or diorama scenes with loading to life.
The gun of 88 mm caliber with a barrel length of L/56 was among the most effective German guns of the Second World War. It powered the Tiger I heavy tank and the anti-aircraft and anti-tank carriages of the Flak 18/36/37 line. The long brass cartridge case with the shell is characteristic of this caliber and it looks very striking on a model.
