1:48 Beaufighter Mk.VI

Bristol Beaufighter Mk.VI instrument panel 1:48 (Yahu Models)

A pre-painted photo-etched instrument panel for the British twin-engine fighter and attack aircraft Bristol Beaufighter Mk.VI in 1:48 scale from Yahu Models. It is not an aircraft kit but a finished color photo-etched part for a cockpit, which replaces the plastic instrument panel. The panel comes painted from the factory and fitted with legible dial faces, so the drawn-out painting of the individual instruments is done away with.

What it is for and what its advantages are

• It raises the realism of a cockpit at once, without painting detail
• Sharply legible dial faces thanks to high-resolution printing
• Thin photo-etched metal looks more convincing than a thick molded plastic part
• Intended to be glued into a matching model of the Beaufighter Mk.VI in 1:48 scale

Who it is for

• Builders of British twin-engine aircraft of the Second World War
• Modelers who want a detailed cockpit without laborious painting
• Collectors in 1:48 scale

This is an accessory (an instrument panel), not an aircraft model. Cyanoacrylate suits the installation. Paints and other parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
