A detailed 3D-printed access (boarding) ladder for models of the American F-111 combat aircraft in 1:48 scale. It is an accessory, not an aircraft kit. The ladder brings a diorama scene to life and lets you show the aircraft being serviced or the crew boarding.
The F-111 was an American two-seat combat aircraft with variable-geometry wings, used for strike and reconnaissance missions. A thin, fine access ladder is hard to reproduce as a plastic part in this scale, so 3D printing is the ideal choice for crisp edges and fine rungs.
Carefully separate the part from the print supports and gently clean up the surfaces, taking care with the fragile rungs. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Spray the ladder with primer and paint it to match the real subject; a light edge highlight shows it off well.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
