Injection-molded plastic kit of the single-engine General Dynamics F-16C Fighting Falcon fighter in the Block 52 version in 1:48 scale from Kinetic. The edition focuses on machines of the Polish Air Force and brings plastic sprues, clear glazing parts, parts for the conformal fuel tanks on the spine and decals for Polish markings.
Poland introduced the F-16 in the Block 52 version as part of the modernization of its air force; they are single-seat multirole fighters with a powerful engine and modern avionics. A characteristic feature of the Block 52 version is the conformal fuel tanks on the spine of the fuselage, which increase range without taking up the underwing racks. The F-16 stands out for its agility and the wide range of weapons it carries.
Finish and paint the detailed cockpit before you close the fuselage. Mask the bubble canopy. Take care that the conformal tanks seat cleanly on the spine of the fuselage. Spray the gray camouflage with an airbrush and put a gloss coat under the decals. Fit the drop tanks, the racks and the armament only at the end of the build.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
