A resin and 3D-printed set of exhaust nozzles for a model of the F-4 Phantom II fighter in the later E, J, F, G and S versions in 1:48 scale from the Ukrainian brand Reskit. It replaces the nozzles from the base kit with more faithful parts carrying fine detail; it is not a stand-alone model but an accessory for a Phantom kit, and the name specifies it for the kit from Meng.
The F-4 Phantom II was an American two-seat supersonic multi-role aircraft used by both the US Air Force and the US Navy. The E, J, F, G and S versions are among the later and most widespread forms. The jet engine nozzles are a visually exposed part that plastic often simplifies; a resin replacement markedly raises the realism of the rear end.
Wash the parts, cut off the blocks and clean them up with your airways protected. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Metallic shades and the heat staining of the nozzles come out well with metallic paints and a fine wash.
This is not a stand-alone model. The set serves to upgrade a kit; the base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
