A set of 3D printed guns for the Do 217M in 1:48 scale from the manufacturer 3DF, a detail accessory for the ICM plastic kit, not an airplane model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set is a detail accessory, not an airplane model. It contains 3D printed barrels and armament for the German bomber Dornier Do 217 in the M version in 1:48 scale, cut for the plastic kit from the manufacturer ICM. Unlike the set for the Do 217K version, it corresponds to the equipment of the M version. Direct 3D printing allows a very fine rendering of the muzzles of the barrels and of other details that injection-molded plastic does not capture as sharply.
The Dornier Do 217 was a German twin-engined bomber of the Second World War, the capable successor to the Do 17 series. The Do 217M version was powered by inline engines. A faithful rendering of the armament is among the elements that most influence the overall impression of a bomber model.
Separate the 3D printed parts carefully from the supports and clean them up. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and protect your airways while sanding. Apply a primer before painting; handle the thin barrels carefully right up to the final assembly.
An accessory for the plastic kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
