A detail 3D decal from Quinta Studio for models of the fifth-generation J-20 fighter in 1:48 scale. It reproduces the emergency detonating cord run inside the canopy, which serves to break the glazing during ejection. This is not photo-etch and not resin but a colored, finely raised element on a flexible film applied as a decal, a quick and clean route to a small but prominent detail.

How it is applied

• The element is cut out of the film and transferred onto cleaned, degreased glazing or a canopy frame.
• The flexible film follows the shape and the curvature.
• It has no adhesive layer of its own and holds on gloss varnish; light pressure seats it firmly.
