Omask O-max set LaGG-3 (for Zvezda) 1:48

A set of accurate self-adhesive masking templates in 1:48 scale intended for building the injection-molded plastic model of the Soviet fighter Lavochkin LaGG-3 from Zvezda. It is neither a model nor decals: these are shaped, cut masks that cover the cockpit glazing and other areas while paint is being sprayed, so the canopy frames and the sharp transitions in the camouflage come out cleanly, without laborious work with a brush.

Use

• Lift the masks off the sheet carefully and lay them accurately on the parts of the model they are meant for
• Press the edges down so that paint does not run under them, and spray with an airbrush in thin coats
• Once the paint has dried, peel the mask off gently
• The templates are shaped for the Zvezda kit in particular, so on another LaGG-3 mold they may not fit exactly

For modelers who are building the LaGG-3 from Zvezda in 1:48 scale and want to speed up and sharpen the masking of the cockpit glazing and of the camouflage transitions. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
