Omask - P-51 B/C Mustang invasion stripes 18 inches (1:48)

This is a set of self-adhesive masking templates (masks) from Omask in 1:48 scale, not a paint or a model. The masks are cut from masking film and serve for spraying the so-called invasion stripes (the black and white bands from the time of the Normandy landings) precisely on a model of the North American P-51 B/C Mustang fighter. The figure of 18 inches matches the real width of the stripes, which the masks respect. The mask is laid in the right place, the surroundings are covered and the paint is sprayed over it; once it is lifted off, a sharp, even edge is left with no marking out by hand.

Use

• Precise masking of the invasion stripes on the wings and fuselage of the P-51 B/C
• Lay the mask on a dry base coat and press the edges down well
• Spray the stripes in thin coats and lift the mask off while the paint is still damp
